  • Nurtured relationships with statewide environmental groups that helped overcome challenges that threatened to derail the entire project just weeks before closing 
  • Generated extensive media coverage that kept the community and key stakeholders informed of  the sale of Babcock Ranch earning public trust and support for the project 
  • Coordinated on-the-ground engagement with key stakeholders, supporters, detractors and general public through dozens of charrettes at Babcock Ranch and a series of 22 planning workshops  
  • Less than a year after entering into a contract for the purchase of the 92,000-acre Babcock Ranch, Kitson & Partners had state and local development approvals in place and closed on the sale of 74,000 acres to the state of Florida
