Results

  • Helped provide healthcare providers and patients with post-COVID healthcare options, such as Telemedicine. 
  • Produced a comprehensive communications strategy utilizing all four media channels – paid, earned, shared, and owned – to create a surround sound effect, communicating the medical facility’s unique selling propositions 
  • Developed collateral materials to implement the communications strategy, including a media kit, message map, newsletter template, social media guidelines, and graphics 
  • Hosted a media briefing with local media contacts to elevate the medical facility’s growth and development 
  • Increased the number of Care Point’s online visitors and scheduled appointments
