- Produced a comprehensive communications strategy utilizing all four media channels – paid, earned, shared, and owned – to create a surround sound effect, communicating the medical facility’s unique selling propositions
- Developed collateral materials to implement the communications strategy, including a media kit, message map, newsletter template, social media guidelines, and graphics
